Who the heck are we?
We are two ladies who live our lives out loud and in the open. We seek to bring people joy, confidence, empowerment, abundance, opportunity and hope. How do we do this you ask? Through sharing our experience, strength and hope, natural healthcare education and spiritual development. We educate people on the power of dōTERRA Essential oils and help people achieve financial independence.
Liz Swan is an Adventure Coach
Liz is an experienced leader and mentor of youth and young adults – she has worked in youth empowerment for over two decades, helping people overcome emotional and physical challenges on a personal level. One of Liz’s specialties is helping people communicate effectively in team situations through team building exercises.
Liz has a passion for the natural world and helps people heal through their connection with nature. Her foundations are rooted in experiential high adventure education and low & high ropes course facilitation.
She is passionate about helping people from all walks of life. As a member of the LGBTQ+ community herself, she has an understanding of the challenges that people face with identity.
Liz holds certifications from the American Red Cross, Project Adventure, Cradle Rock Challenge Course Co., and is trained in Crisis Intervention.
Elena Swan is a Spiritual Coach
Elena uses her gifts of intuition and connection to help guide people on their paths by sorting out their present, so they can get to their beautiful future.
Elena’s passion is helping people realize their inner strength and potential, and improve at navigating life’s challenges by connecting with their spirituality. Elena has studied spiritual development with some of the foremost spiritual leaders of our time.
Elena wants to see people succeed in life and is divinely guided by the Angels in order to support and help those who seek her guidance. She seeks deeper understanding through these divine connections. She is a Reiki Master, Angel Card Reader and Meditation Teacher. She has been actively pursuing the mastery of these gifts through continuous education and exploration of new techniques for over 15 years. Elena’s mission is to guide others in their journeys on the spiritual path, and she welcomes all adventurers, no matter if you’re new to the path or have been traveling it for years.
Elena wants to heal the world and help others to do the same.
